Welcome to week 1

Every week I will post a short summary of the exercises to try for the week. All of the other lectures in the course are to help you accomplish the exercises and understand more about yourself, your horse, and the language that connects you.

This week the exercises to try are:

  • Calm Connection

    • S Pattern
    • 360 with a Twist
  • The video submissions for feedback are intended to help with these exercises. Feel free to practice them a bit and then film when you are ready. I'm here to help.
