From Anxious Flight to Happy Horse
"Harmony Horsemanship has been a great help to my family. We discovered that when Belle is anxious or scared her flight reaction is extreme… she would just pull away from us and when she pulls, she would ALWAYS get away. With the help of Harmony Horsemanship…She very rarely every pulls away from us anymore. We use HH with all of our horses and it has helped tremendously…The Treat family is very grateful to Harmony Horsemanship!" Amy Treat
Positive Reinforcement Pays Off
"HH, has opened my eyes to the rewards I receive from my horses when we use positive reinforcement. I can remember Lindsay saying I was a cheap date before I started using the treat for them making an effort I wanted. I also love how it calms them when they get worried. And NO it doesn't make them pushy or bite when you do it correctly" Shirley Oulette
Handling the Pushy Horse
"...When my horse offers up certain behaviours (such as..pushiness) I know exactly which exercises to do that will help re-establish our calm connection with one another. It feels so good to train in a way that my horse chooses to be with me because it actually FEELS GOOD and not because she is scared of being punished, chased, etc if she doesn't" Risa & Izzy
