Week 7 Checklist of Exercises to try

Welcome to week 4, this is where we introduce riding. I hope you've found it valuable to stay on the ground the last three weeks and notice a better relationship with your horse. This will really help with the riding portion, but there are still a lot of pieces to know to help with riding.

The good news is that the 6 Calm Connection exercises you learnt on the ground also apply to riding.
